Sarah Scofield is the founder and CEO of Integrate STL, a collaborative network that connects individuals and families with trusted holistic care providers throughout the St. Louis region. With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse — including roles in pediatric and neonatal intensive care, LDRP, newborn nursery, nursing management, and clinical instruction at the collegiate level — Sarah brings a unique blend of medical expertise, leadership, and whole-person care to her work.

Sarah also serves as a childbirth educator and perinatal coach, offering comprehensive support for prenatal education, labor preparation, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding guidance. Her approach empowers women and families through each stage of the perinatal journey, combining clinical knowledge with compassionate, personalized care.

In addition to her nursing background, Sarah is a certified Splankna Practitioner, offering biblically grounded emotional healing that integrates mind-body tools with Christian principles. Her sessions support individuals in identifying and releasing emotional trauma, aligning with truth, and moving toward greater spiritual and emotional freedom.

Driven by her belief in the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit, Sarah launched Integrate STL to foster collaboration among like-minded providers and to create a hub where clients can find holistic care that reflects both excellence and integrity.
